About Us
James "Jay" Lewis founded Absaroka in 2022 after 15 years of agency recruiting experience with both a large, publicly traded search firm and most recently a boutique search firm based out of Washington, DC. After visiting a friend in 2013 he fell in love with the Last Best Place and decided to move his life and Golden Retriever to Bozeman.
