Retained vs Contingent Search
What is the best approach for you and your organization?
With a retained search, you pay a portion of the fee up front in order to ensure our undivided attention to your search, and your search alone. Once engaged, that is all we work on until your job is filled. The remainder of the fee is paid upon your successful hire of our candidate. With contingent search, there is absolutely no financial commitment up front. We are paid upon your hiring of our candidate. Both of these options are highly customized to each position to be filled, withs the main difference being retained searches provide you with our exclusive focus.
